Hi, Thanks for checking us out. Our leases are from June 1 to May 25th (except 237 house starts in Aug.). All the Units have washer and dryers either in the unit or a pay machine in the building. All the utilities are included except in 237 and 32. Because so many people are sensitive to fragrances and smells we do not allow pets or smoking. At the time of signing the lease we require the first month's rent and the security deposit (a months rent). We want you to like renting from us. Our units are clean, quiet, and comfortable.
